History
Cardig Air was established in April 2004. It was a wholly owned subsidiary of PT Cardig International. In July 2008, a group of investors led by current CEO Boyke Soebroto injected new capital and acquired a majority stake in Cardig Air. By then the new management restructured the whole concept of Cardig Air business included replacing the company existing aircraft Boeing 737-200CBoeing 737
