In 1989, Malo Spa changes name and becomes Mac (Manufacturing Associate Cashmere). From the 90’s on, Mac’s strategy aims to increase the export activity, through the opening of sales offices in strategic markets (New York

In 1994, Mac has announced the acquisition of national competitor MGM Malima. Malo in 1999 joins the Itierre group from Molise
