 3:23-4:43; 21:4-18 on five parchment leaves (30 cm by 23 cm). The text is written in two columns per page, 24 lines per page.
The letters are large and leaned into right.

Currently it is dated by the INTF to the 7th century.

The codex was divided, three of its leaves now are held at the Vatopedi monastery (1219) at Athos
