Dr. Peyman Askari Nejad (July 25, 1977), He is an American Citizen and Living in United State of America, He is a USA based International Principal, Structural Design Director. Dr. Peyman is the Expert high-rise Designer for the Super Tall skyscrapers in the United States and in the Middle East. He has Extensive Tall Building Experience that started with Burj Dubai-Plot63A landmark Emmar Building. During his professional expereince in Dubai he led the design of many towers, He is noted for his contributions to the designs for some of the World's Tallest Projects in United Arab Emirates

Dr. Nejad has great experience in analysis and design of concrete and steel structures as well as project management, development and implementation of operational plans, budgets, and quality control programmes. He is an acknowledged expert in design of super tall buildings. A motivated, dynamic individual with the ability to lead his team in developing innovative solutions for a wide variety of issues whether they be management, structural analysis & design, value engineering or forensic engineering. An effective and tactful communicator much of his career to date has been in the auditing of the structural design of tall structures including the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. He was involved in post collapse analysis of World Trade Centre (WTC7) in New York. Other examples are redesigning the Lakhta Tower, new Gazprom HQ in St. Petersburg, and three building over 100 storeys – Burj Al Alam, Dubai; Marina 101, Dubai and Roya Tower, Doha.
Dr. Peyman is a recipient of multiple awards and honors, including the Award for Excellence in inventing new structural system, Beehive ( HexaGrid) system for Tall& Super Tall Buildings ( CTBUH 2011 World Conference) And Award for Excellence in Lecturing at IAU & SPBPU Universities. He is registered and recognized as Iranian Scientist in his origin country and he is a member of the Scientific Committee of University of IAU. He was selected as Chairman of the Seismic Committee of High-rise & Complex Building in International Congress on Seismic Retrofitting in Iran (March 2006), and serves on several International Code Committees. He received the Article Award for his article on concrete deep beam using perforated steel plates at The 7th International Conference on Multi-Purpose High Rise Buildings, in Dubai (December 2005). An acknowledged international expert in his field, Peyman is active as one of the leaders in the Council of Tall Building and Urban Habitat, CTBUH organisation in Chicago, USA.
