Catenary wire failure

 stations, causing an MRT-3 train to stop between the two stations. Passengers panicked inside the train and a minor stampede was reported, although no one was hurt. Dead man in the stockroom

On February 2, 2009 a body of a 24-year old janitor was found in the stockroom of the Guadalupe MRT station. The janitor was last seen during 1:30 a.m, and was found dead by a co-worker around 3:50 a.m. No external injuries were found on the man, but as of press time, authorities are waiting for the autopsy report to determine the cause of death.
