France Info was founded in 1868
by Roland Faure and Jérôme Bellay. Year on year its audience has grown, notably after the social conflicts of 1995, 2003, and 2006. Frequently, it is estimated to be the fourth largest national radio network in terms of listener numbers, behind RTL
