Drashti Dhami is an Indian television actress. She is very popular for her role as ‘Geet’ in one of the most successful and popular shows on STAR One- ‘ Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi ’ opposite Gurmeet Choudhary.

Early career

Drashti Dhami has done many ads and was known for her modelling before she forayed into the TV industry. She has been a part of the music video ‘Saiyyan Dil Mein Aana Re’ which was her debut music video. Having been a dance instructor earlier in life, Drashti also excels in the field of Bollywood dance. She was later seen in a Punjabi music video ‘Nachle Soniye Tu’ and also made a cameo appearance in the music video, ‘Teri Meri Nazar Ki Dori.’

Debuting into the TV industry with the famous show ‘Dill Mill Gayye’, Drashti Dhami was soon noticed for her bubbly and vivacious role of ‘Dr. Muskaan.’ After her debut serial, she is now currently seen in the Star One show ‘Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi’ as the main protagonist ‘Geet Khurana’ in a shy role which has made her a known name.

Personal life

Drashti Dhami was born and brought up in Mumbai. She was born into a Punjabi family and is known by many for her bubbly, cute and vivacious nature. After being schooled at Mary Immaculate Girl's High School in Borivali she attended Mithibai College
