. Duguay attended the Berklee College of Music
in Boston, Massachusetts where he majored in Jazz Theory and Composition. In 1990, Duguay moved to Southern California where he enrolled in the film school at California State University at Northridge, majoring in screenwriting. He performed with the improv comedy group Legitimate Freaks, and later studied at Groundlings Theater, where he took classes for three years and was invited to join the Groundlings Sunday Company. Two years later, he was invited into the Groundlings Main Company.

Duguay's characters included stubborn, hyperactive teenager Edward and Loopgarue, who, along with his sister Hulahoop (played by Mo Collins

and *NSYNC's Joey Fatone
. However, Duguay is most famous for his George W. Bush
impersonation, in which he portrayed the Commander-in-Chief
as an "absent minded" and "intellectually challenged buffoon."
