At the same time WEA continued development of cargo fights operating a fleet of 7 Let-410s and ATR 42-300, as well as helicopters - Mi-8 and Bell 407. Since 2004 WEA activity has been restructured with implementation of a new business model of service provider with unification of the fleet taking place. WEA is now focused on delivery of ACMI service, full charter options primarily to airlines, tour operators and advertising/incentive agencies. WEA cooperates mainly at B2B level but also sells a lot of activity through air brokerage companies.
