His first game for Cementarnica 55 Skopje in the Macedonian First League was on 25 March 2000 against Vardar Skopje when Vlatko was only 17 years and 2 months. As an Omonia Nicosia player, he won the Cypriot Cup and the Super Cup in 2005. He wore the number seven jersey for Omonia Nicosia.
