It is aired live daily from the ABS-CBN Cagayan de Oro Newscenter at 5:00pm, from Monday to Friday, simulcast also on Channel 2 in Bukidnon

Notably, TV Patrol Northern Mindanao is the first regional TV Patrol newscast to use the new TV Patrol visual and audio packages which were introduced on June 30, 2010 for the national newscast. The localized version for Northern Mindanao was introduced on August 9, 2010. In the closing of the program, the anchors will say "Dapig sa Kamatuoran, Dapig sa Katawhan" as the Cebuano version of ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs Slogan "Panig sa Katotohanan, Panig sa Bayan" and also they say when finally close the program "Maayong Gabii ug Dalaygon ang Diyos!!" which is in English, it says "Good Evening and To God be the Glory!!".

In May 2, 2011, TV Patrol Northern Mindanao celebrated its 16th anniversary on 2011. TV Patrol Northern Mindanao had introduced once again their new OBB, logo, studio set, visual and audio packages.
