Personnel Certification

Personnel certification provides confidence that certified auditors have demonstrated the specific competencies defined by industry as requirements for auditors who work in each industry sector. To achieve this, RABQSA examines the auditor's knowledge, skills, personal attributes and qualifications specific to the scheme and/or scope of certification. Training Certification

RABQSA certifies training based on a series of criteria to allow training providers to offer either certified training courses that have gained industry recognition (e.g. QMS Lead Auditor), but also to certify their own courses.
