JBA is one of the UK's leading environmental and engineering consultancies, with a history going back to 1995. The consultancy is based in the UK and provides flood risk and environmental management services worldwide. JBA has a network of 13 offices throughout the UK (including Scotland and Wales) and Ireland.

History

The firm was founded in 1995 by civil engineer Jeremy Benn, and was named Jeremy Benn Associates. The firm quickly grew, undertaking railway and flood risk management projects throughout the UK, and became a limited company in 1998, now trading as JBA Consulting.

Modern Company

The company has extended its scope of work to include GIS software development and international flood risk planning.
