In the winter of 2009, Gerzmava performed for the first time the role of Lucia in the Stanislavski and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Academic Music Theatre.
The eight yearly festival «Hibla Gerzmava invites …» took place in Abkhazia
in 2009. The festival was born together with the new millennium in 2001. The festival is possible thanks to the support of the leaders and government of the Republic of Abkhazia.

, Hibla Gerzmava strives glorifying her motherland in the world's culture. The main event of the festival performance of the chamber orchestra "Virtuosi Moskvi" and conductor – Maestro Vladimir Spivakov
Gerzmava took part in the international tours of the Stanislavsky Opera (South Korea, 1997 and 2003; USA, 2002, 2004) and has toured Sweden, France, Holland, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Greece, USA, Japan and Turkey. She participated in the Ludwigsburg Festival in 2002 and 2003, singing the part of Eva in The Creation by Joseph Haydn
