Goran Milić is a Croatian and Yugoslavian journalist. He was born in Zagreb
in 1946 to a Yugoslavian ambassador family. In 1970 he began his career at the Radio-Television Belgrade. From 1980 to 1985 he worked as a reporter for Radio-Television Belgrade

. After that, until 1988, he worked as a lecturer in the Department of Journalism at the Belgrade University. He was president of the Commission for Information at the Universiade
in Zagreb in 1987. In 1989 he was a spokesman for the Non-Aligned Movement
