Gary Gibson has been writing since the age of fourteen and has published five novels to date, three of which linked to each other to form the "Shoal Sequence".

He is a member of the Glasgow Science Fiction Writers Circle.

Future projects

Gibson has finished writing his next novel titled The Thousand Emperors, the second book in "The Final Days" series. It will be published in the later summer 2012. He has started writing River of Light, a fourth book in "The Shoal Sequence".
