have been produced. The seasonals include Jersey Summer Breakfast Ale, Fall Festivus, Paymasters Porter, and Maibock. Tours are given by appointment, however, every Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. there is a tour and beer tasting.
Rick Reed is the head brewer and CEO. Brad Benson was the first brewer in the company's history. He was followed by Norbert Walsh and current brewer David Manka, both American Brewers Guild graduates.
