teams selected amateur college football
players. It is officially known as the NFL Annual Player Selection Meeting. The draft
was held April 22–23, 1995
at the Paramount Theatre at Madison Square Garden
in New York City
. The league also held a supplemental draft after the regular draft and before the regular season.
There were 32 picks in the first round of this draft as the two expansion teams each received two extra picks between the first and second rounds. The Carolina Panthers
