Uebeschi has an area of 4.4 km² (1.7 sq mi). Of this area, 91.6% is used for agricultural purposes, while 2.3% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 5.5% is settled (buildings or roads) and the remainder (0.7%) is non-productive (rivers, glaciers or mountains).

It lies some 6 km (3.7 mi) to the southwest of the district capital Thun
