The Bank issued an act regarding this matter on February 28, 2002. The decisions most relevant to reproductions of Croatian banknotes are listed in Article 10, titled Reproduction, which states the following:- 1. s, and generally any work for which the banknote itself or its reproduction does not hold central meaning and which does not contain a magnified version of the banknote's design;
- a) for photograph

- b) for the reproduction of banknotes specified in paragraph 1 of this article, whose length or width is increased to more than 125 percent [of its original size] or decreased to less than 75 percent [of its original size], regardless which medium is used for reproduction.
- 3. The Croatian National Bank must [explicitly] approve any other way of reproduction.
- 4. The approval for reproductions which meet the conditions described in paragraphs 1 and 2 may be withdrawn in case of violation of unalienable moral rights of the authors of the banknotes' design.
