State Route 794 is a short east–west state highway

. This route, which exists entirely within Clark County
, and south of Springfield, primarily serves as an access road for Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport
. The western terminus of State Route 794 is at U.S. Route 68, and its eastern terminus is at State Route 72
. State Rpite 794 is known as Bree Road from U.S. Route 68 until it meets Sparrow Road, which is what State Route 794 then becomes until it arrives at State Route 72.

, and heads eastward. With the exception of a couple of houses just east of US 68, the south side of OH 794 straddles the northern portion of Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport
for its entire length. Meanwhile, on the north side of OH 794, there are a few homes lined up along the highway just east of US 68, then farmland takes over as the primary feature. OH 794 curves to the northeast, and comes upon its intersection with Peacock Road. The highway now passes by the main buildings and affiliated parking lots associated with the airport. Curving back to the east, OH 794 meets Sparrow Road. East of there, OH 794 passes by the northeastern end of the primary runway serving Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport, and ultimately arrives at its endpoint at OH 72
. Continuing east of OH 72 after OH 794 terminates is Sparrow Road.
. In 1958, maps first showed the eastern terminus of OH 794 as being relocated to its present location at the intersection of OH 72 and Sparrow Road. No other changes of significance have taken place to the routing of OH 794.
