The Lynx Square, a retail center at the base of the entire complex, connecting the towers, will also be built immediately after the first two towers, in conjunction with the South West Tower. The architects of the project are PEI Partnership Architects and Chad Oppenheim Architecture & Design. Both of the first two buildings in the complex will be ranked in the top thirteen on the list of tallest buildings in Miami.
