. Logansport offers activities throughout the year for families to enjoy. In February the Krewe of Aquarius will hold its annual ball and Mard Gras' Parade. Logansport is also known as the "Sand Bass Capitol" of the World. The Logansport Chamber of Commerce will host its fourth annual Sand Bass Tournament on March 12, 2011.

Logansport is constructing a new community library. It is expected to be completed in April 2011.
