The Legislative districts of Davao del Sur, namely the first and second districts are the representations of the Province of Davao del Sur

 was part of the representation of Davao Province until 1965, when it was created and granted its own representation, which until 1984, included Davao City. It then became part of the representation of Region XI from 1978 to 1984. In 1986, it was divided into two congressional districts.
