. The village was found in 1930 by the late Mwita, after he moved from chief Chika-Matondo in Ikaba village. Sitebule village is headed by a village headman named Mwita Leonard Mundia. The village has around 500 residents, but now they mostly reside in different cities where they are employed but they come back home for holidays. People in sitebule live by practicing communal farming

People from Sitebule village are immensely contributing to the Namibian Education as the village has produced multiple skilled people consisting of Soldiers,Pastors,Doctors,Computer scientists, Nurses, Teachers, Geologists, Adimistrators, Programmers,e.c.t. The village has also contributed to the National Football Team the brave Warrior of Namibia producing a player called Alfred "kayo" Munyaza. Other footballers have also played in Namibia's Premier league and National first Division.
