Hazira Fertiliser Complex has 2 Streams of Ammonia Plant and 4 Streams of Urea Plant. Annual re-assessed capacity for Urea and Ammonia is 1.729 million MT and 1.003 million MT resepctively.
Production of Biofertilizer plant commenced plant of 100 MT per year capacity was commissioned at Hazira in 1995. An additional capacity of 150 MT was added to that plant in 1998. Subsequently, two more Bio-fertilizer plants, each of 100 MT capacity, were installed at Varanasi

Dr. Chandrapal Singh Yadav
has been chairman of KRIBHCO since 1996 under his leadership KRIBHCO achieved the turnover of Rs. 2400 crore in the financial year 2007-08. Sh. Vaghjibhai Rugnathbhai Patel took charge as Chairman of KRIBHCO and Dr. Chandrapal Singh Yadav is acting as Vice-Chairman at present. In 2009 deepak shewaramani became a president of this company.
The company's head quarter is at Noida, from where all the coordination is being done. It is a co-operative sector fertilizer complex.
It has an extensive residential township in Hazira. The township is divided into 3 parts namely: Main Township, HAEP and Railway Colony.
In it are mainly six type of quarters there (A, B, C, D, DX, GM) according to their respective grades.
Shri Chandra Pal Singh is the Vice-Chairman and Shri B.D.Sinha is the Managing Director of KRIBHCO.
