Freshness Burger is known for its vegetable burger options. Its first vegetable burger was the Vegetable Burger Tofu. Unlike typical veggie burgers, which are served as a patty that represents a combination of vegetarian ingredients, Freshness Burger's Vegetable Burger Tofu is simply a grilled piece of tofu topped with avocado, tomato, and lettuce. Its other Vegetable Burger option is the Vegetable Burger Beans, a patty composed of three kinds of beans and topped with lettuce, tomato, and onion, which is all served sandwiched in a sesame bun.For a limited time, Freshness Burger offered a Vegetable Burger Mushroom, which replaced the patty with a whole grilled mushroom, seasoned with balsamic vinegar and various toppings. This option, however, was discontinued in late 2010.
