In 1991, acquired Emperor Entertainment Hotel Limited and through it participated in property development business in the PRC, later entered gaming operation in Macau.
In 2007, Emperor International Holdings Limited spun off its brokerage operations Emperor Capital Group Limited
and listed on main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
In 2008, New Media Group Holdings Limited
