eServGlobal announced management board changes in 2009. The major highlight was the introduction of Richard Mathews as CEO and Craig Halliday as COO. Richard and Craig came from Mincom, where they were CEO and COO respectively. Another major change was the resignation of Ian Buddery as executive chairman. Ian Buddery was a founder, past director and CEO of eServGlobal.
In 2010, Craig Halliday assumed the role of CEO and Managing Director and Richard Mathews moved into the role of Non-Executive Chairman.

- 1991 - Incorporated in New South Wales as Sun Direct Pty Ltd, initially for the supply and installation of high performance technology hardware.
- 1992 - Changed the name to X-Direct Pty Ltd.
- 1998 - Changed the name to eServGlobal and expanded its offering to include integrated IT services as a result of its merger with Uniq Professional Services.
- 2000 - Acquired Integrator Pty Limited, a software development and technology integration systems provider. Acquired Global 8 Laboratories Limited, a provider of technical services and software to the telecommunications industry. Listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (symbol: ESV).
- 2004 - Listed on London Stock Exchange AIM Market (symbol: ESG).
- 2005 - The company acquired FERMA SA, a company founded in 1983 and a pioneer of voice processing.
