Dyson's Bus Services begun as a family owned business by Laurie Dyson in 1952. The company ran services the Melbourne suburbs of Reservoir and East Preston before spreading out to cover most of the northern and eastern suburbs. On July 1, 2008, Dyson took over the former Northern Bus Lines routes. As of November 1, 2008, Dysons picked up the 954, 956, 958 and 961 Nightrider contracts.
It also operates routes and under the East West Bus Company
arm.
Dysons also operate rail replacement services along the Upfield, Epping and Hurstbridge lines, and the City Loop.

History
Dyson's Bus Services begun as a family owned business by Laurie Dyson in 1952. The company ran services the Melbourne suburbs of Reservoir and East Preston before spreading out to cover most of the northern and eastern suburbs. On July 1, 2008, Dyson took over the former Northern Bus Lines routes. As of November 1, 2008, Dysons picked up the 954, 956, 958 and 961 Nightrider contracts.
