Nazia Hassan recorded some videos in London for her album. She recorded the English version of Disco Deewane, Dreamer Deewane for the UK charts and it was the first Pakistani album. In Pakistan, this was the era of Zia-ul-Haq and he was introducing Islamic revolution.
