Cultivation

Commonly grown in gardens as an ornamental flower. The large-flowered doubles are the most commonly sold and include cultivars and hybrids such as ‘Waterlily’ (pink), C. autumnale ‘Alboplenum’ (white) and C. autumnale ‘Pleniflorum' (red).
