Celebrity Coach Trip (series 1)

Celebrity Coach Trip 1 was the first series of Celebrity Coach Trip which was filmed from 6 to 17 September 2010 as is made clear from the reference from the Channel 4 website and began showing on 8 November 2010. This series eventually changed the voting rules from Day 5 to Day 9 where from that day there would be no more yellow cards on the trip until future series, and the couple that received the most amount of votes would be sent home immediately since arrival into Hungary
in history and there being, only at a maximum, six couples, instead of the usual seven. The series involved six celebrity couples travelling on a two-week tour. Tour guide Brendan Sheerin

Day 5 - Linz
In Linz, Austria, an experiment at The Museum of the Future failed to discover any activity in Ben Duncan's brain. The celebs also attempted to walk on water in specially made AquaSpheres, but ended up looking like human hamsters. The celebs continued to plan to spread out the yellow cards, but Brendan drops a bombshell on them since day 24 of series 3 when the red terror was announced by announcing that from now on there will be an instant red card for whoever gets the most votes. Day 7 - Innsbruck Part 1
It was a day of mountain fun as the group headed to the Austrian Alpine resort of Innsbruck where they fed the animals at Europe's highest zoo. Later they came hurtling back down the mountain at a summer bobsleigh track. They were joined by another pair of new tourists, the football legend Rodney Marsh, and ex-Bucks Fizzer Cheryl Baker. And sparks flew when Cheryl came face to face with her arch-rival David Van Day, which made for a very entertaining vote. At the vote with Rodney & Cheryl being immune from any votes, David & Tony received the red card with a vote from every other couple. Day 10 (Day X) - Venice/The Last Day
It was the final day of the special celebrity tour and what better place to finish than beautiful Venice. The group enjoyed a creative morning making Venetian masks before Brendan causesed a stir getting mobbed by fans in St Mark's Square. The last afternoon was spent relaxing in gondolas before the final and decisive vote took place. At the vote Monica & Gabriella came out tied in third place with Carol & Ingrid, meaning both couples received 0 votes, then Ricky & Alex were the runners-up and Paul & Barry won the celebrity tour with a vote from every other couple.
