 in meeting their settlement needs. The organization has been guided by the Christian principles of compassion, fairness and equity, and its goal is to facilitate and strengthen newcomers entering into Canadian society.

CMCN is a member of the Canadian Council for Refugees, the Alberta Association of Immigrant Serving Agencies, the Calgary Inter-Agency Immigrant Services Network and the Calgary-based Coalition for Equal Access to Education. It is affiliated with Mennonite Central Committee
