CREATES encourages an innovative, and pro-active approach to creativity and environmentalism
, exploring reject materials, faulty products and otherwise worthless objects to develop new opportunities for communication

in the classroom and beyond. It is a collaboration between the world of industry, commerce, public authorities, educational and community services, and the world of art, culture and environmental agencies. CREATES is a cultural project - and a place for promoting the idea that waste materials can be used as resources.
