Abdullah Abdul Latif Al Othman (1895 – 1965) was a Kuwaiti businessman who was amongst the first to live in Hawalli. He was known for his generosity and helping the poor both locally and regionally. He started a school with his brothers called Al Othman School in the 30's. Has a street named after him in Hawalli and a mosque
