were directly relegated after finishing in the bottom two places in the previous season. Akademik
were relegated after a year in A PFG and Sliven
ended a three-year tenure. FC Pirin Blagoevgrad
were excluded from A PFG due to financial difficulties, and the club even did not received a license for B PFG, that is why they will play in V AFG

remained in A PFG. That's why it was played a new play-off between the 4th in East B PFG
