Lokomotiv Mezdra ended a two-year tenure, and Sportist were relegated after a year in the A PFG; the future of Botev Plovdiv is uncertain since the club were excluded from A PFG due to financial difficulties, and the club is trying to receive a licence to play in B PFG for next season.
