Wan Zack made his first appearence for the Malaysia national under-19 football team in 2009 in the 2009 AFF U-19 Youth Championship. Wan Zack appeared in 6 matches and manage to score one goal in a 2-0 win against Myanmar. Malaysia overall finished 4th place.Wan Zack appeared again for the national Under-19 team in the 2010 AFC U-19 Championship qualification.
