The main pharmacy school building is the Skaggs Building. The College of Pharmacy also occupies a portion of Roy P. Drachman Hall (completed March 2006).

 are housed within the college: The Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science and the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology. Four research centers are housed within the College of Pharmacy, including the Center for Toxicology, the Center for Health Outcomes and PharmacoEconomic Research (the HOPE Center), the Arizona Poison and Drug Information Center, and the Medication Management Center. Within the Center for Toxicology is the Southwest Environmental Health Sciences Center (SWEHSC), the University of Arizona Superfund Research Program, the Dean Carter Binational Center for Environmental Health Sciences, and the Research Training in Toxicology and Toxicogenomics program.

To qualify for admission to the Pharm.D. program at the College Of Pharmacy, an applicant must complete 71 units/credits of specific prepharmacy courses. Forty-four units of science courses are required for admission, with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA in those courses. All Pharm.D. applicants must complete the Pharmacy College Admission Test
