Japanese restaurants serve many different varieties of umeshu and also make cocktails. Umeshu on the Rocks , Umeshu Sour , Umeshu Tonic (with 2/3 tonic water), Umeshu Soda (with 2/3 carbonated water) and the Flaming Plum cocktail
