TUFF TV is a digital broadcast network geared to men created by Lou Seals of Seals Entertainment Company LLC (aka Sealsco) in a joint venture with Henry Luken of Luken Communications, the company that owns and operates RTV
. Besides broadcast and cable distribution, TUFF TV Media Group, LLC plans to distribute TUFF TV via satellite, broadband, wireless, IPTV
and VOD
. It launched on June 30, 2009. Besides TUFF TV, Henry Luken is also looking to start a kid related PBJ and another channel called RTV2. TUFF TV focuses on sports and lifestyle programming aimed at men. The Network produces a show called TUFF TV Presents, airing on many affiliates of the Retro Television Network

TUFF TV originates from Luken Communications' technical facilities in Chattanooga, Tennessee
. Affiliate sales and marketing is also handled by Luken, with advertising and programming offices in Atlanta, Chicago, and Chattanooga.
