The university has two student housing properties, 7900 Cambridge and 1885 El Paseo. The university student housing apartment complex is at 7900 Cambridge. 7900 Cambridge was built in 1982. It has apartments on first and second floors, with one, two, and three bedroom setups. The 7900 Cambridge development includes the Child Development Center. 1885 El Paseo, a four story complex, was built in 2005.
