and the Beth Hard Band
, and co-produced by Arkeen. The album was also mixed by Duane Baron

. It was released in Japan
in 1996 and were shopping the record to labels in the States
however six months on May 30, 1997, Arkeen was found dead in his Los Angeles home. His management company said that Arkeen had been at home recovering from severe burns, and that his death was the result of an "accidental opiate overdose." In 2004, Anxious Disease received a posthumous release in the US and Europe
