Career

After graduating from college, Wall purchased an apartment building out of foreclosure and refurbished it, eventually selling it at a profit.
Wall invested the profit from the sale of his first apartment building into his company, developing a company that maintains one of the largest portfolios of office space in Wisconsin and has been honored as a leader in green commercial development, including receiving the Governor's Award for Excellence in Energy Efficiency in 2009.

Wall also created the DaneVest Tech Fund to invest in Wisconsin-based technology start-ups.

2010 Senate Campaign

Wall was a Republican candidate for the United States Senate in Wisconsin. He officially announced his candidacy on January 19, 2010. He finished the first quarter of 2010 with over $1 million cash on hand.

However in May of 2010, Wall withdrew his candidacy for U.S. Senate.

Charitable Activities

Wall is involved in a number of philanthropic activities. He and his wife Helen founded The Wisconsin Foundation and has been involved in a number of other projects throughout Dane County, including the American Family Children's Hospital and the Glacier's Edge Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
