Biography banoth Arun Kumar was born at Gaya district of Bihar in India on April 20, 1980. His father's name is Arun Kumar and mother name is Kanak Lata. He has two siblings,a sister and a brother. He completed his schooling from Patna. Kumar is a Computer Engineer from USA and also a post graduate in management from prestigious Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University
, UK. He became popular in the year 2009 when he started taking interest in the current development program of his home state in India

. He was appointed by the government to overhaul the traffic and public transport system. Kumar has proposed a two phase One-way Traffic System for the city centre of Patna named as Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narayan Circle to Govt. of Bihar. One phase of this one way traffic system has already been implemented. He also submitted a detailed report on current and future prospect (hi-tech systems) in the traffic to be implemented. For writing this report, Kumar personally went on Patna roads for undertaking a research along with some high-level cops of Bihar. Beside this, he has proposed IT call centre system for each and every department of the state government under its implementation of E-governance
system. The much publicised E-Shakti IT call centre for NREGA program was introduced in Bihar because of his initiatives, which is first of its kind IT call centre in India. Jaankari, another IT call centre was also introduced at CM Secretariat, Patna
to lodged the public complains directly to the Chief Minister of the state. Kumar was interviewed by several Indian news channels like ETV, Mahuaa etc. for his excellent and continuous contribution in the interest of development of Bihar. He has actively been involved in resolving Coal Linkage and other Power issues from outside India. At the same time,he is involved in resolving various issues of External affairs, Govt. of India.
He is a role model for other NRIs who are not able to do much for their state.
He is also associated with a very popular Bollywood Film Producer Director for various large Infrastructures based Projects like Shopping Malls, Healthcare etc. in North and East India
