Stephanie O'Reilly is an Irish runner who specializes in the 3000 metres Steeplechase.

Born in Wicklow, Ireland, the daughter of coach Noreen O’Reilly, Stephanie O'Reilly went through the ranks of Inbhear Dee Athletic Club trying a wide range of events from sprints, to jumps to middle distance and cross country. It was only in her late teens when she finally made her mark as a middle distance runner. She was a three-time Irish National Champion in the 800 m, 1500m and 3,000m and represented the Irish National Team at the European Junior Cross Country Championships in 1996.

She went to Providence College in Rhode Island, USA on an athletic scholarship in 1997. A 2001 Graduate of Providence College, she was a member of two New England Championship Teams in 1998 and 1999 and one BIG EAST Conference Championship team in 1997. Named Indoor Track Team Captain in 2000 and Outdoor Captain in 2001, she was an NCAA Provisional Qualifier in the 3000 meters in 1998. In 2004, she received her Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling from Providence College. In 2005 Reilly married Paul Reilly, Providence College team mate from Loughrea, Galway.

After serving as the interim head coach for the 2007-08 season, Reilly was appointed Head Coach of the Bryant Men’s and Women’s Cross Country / Track & Field teams in July, 2008. In her first year at Bryant, Reilly guided the men’s cross country team to a fourth-place finish at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships with the women finishing in ninth. Senior Nicole Radzik captured the conference individual championship and would later finish first at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships.
