History

According to some data collected by historians and obtained from the inhabitants of Solferino, we know that the previous name of the village was ' "Labcáh" in Mayan language meansold peoplewas in the jurisdiction of the ancient Mayan province or Ekab cacigazgo called by the Spanish, "The great Cairo" by the intense maritime movement observed in the Maya.
