, and construction is set to begin in the summer of 2007. Construction is expected to end in the fall of 2008. When completed, the tower will be 514 feet (157 m) tall and contain 43 floors. It will have a 50 foot spire on top making its total height 564 feet (172 m). The building will be the newest addition to the 3100 Biscayne Complex in Midtown Miami
