The gondolas are all air conditioned and accessible for wheelchair-using patrons. One revolution takes approximately 20 minutes.
Couples can reserve a gondola for two entire revolutions, and get a photo souvenir of their ride, for ¥1,000.
A smaller Ferris wheel stands nearby.
Sky Dream Fukuoka is now closed and a sign stating that it had ceased operation in September 2009 is in front of the boarding area (seen March 2010). The smaller Sky Wheel is still operating, and tickets for it could be got with purchases at nearby shops in the Marinoa complex.
